Her clients include both employers and employees in a wide range of industries including financial services, hospitality, retail, real estate, and professional services. India has particular experience working closely with organisations to provide strategic, tailored support for sensitive employment matters, including terminations, investigations, complex litigation, business transformations, TUPE, and corporate transactions.
India previously practiced employment law in Australia, where she was involved in advising a number of household name organisations in the heavily unionised aviation and retail industries on employee disputes, requiring careful management of union interests.
