India advises on all aspects of employment law, including both contentious and non-contentious work. Her clients include both employers and employees in a wide range of industries including financial services, hospitality, retail, real estate, and professional services. India has particular experience working closely with organisations to provide strategic, tailored support for sensitive employment matters, including terminations, investigations, complex litigation, business transformations, TUPE, and corporate transactions.
India previously practiced employment law in Australia, where she was involved in advising a number of household name organisations in the heavily unionised aviation and retail industries on employee disputes, requiring careful management of union interests.

- Advising Minor International in respect of a number of sensitive employee terminations.
- Advising a retail client in relation to a significant unfair dismissal and discrimination claim brought by a former senior executive.
- Advising clients on the application of TUPE in both business transfers and service provision changes.
- Advising a technology client on a complex executive termination occurring during an ongoing, high-profile business sale process, including advising on interconnected whistleblowing, grievance, disciplinary, and DSAR processes.
