Oliver Cotton is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation team.
He has acted for corporate and private clients on a broad range of commercial disputes, often multi-jurisdictional, including breach of contract, fraud, intellectual property and corporate and insolvency disputes.
Oliver has experience acting in High Court cases, and has advised on, obtained and defended freezing orders and other interim injunctions. Oliver frequently advises clients at an early stage in resolving disputes outside of Court and has advised clients across the technology, life sciences, retail and sport sectors.
Oliver regularly contributes to the firm's various pro bono initiatives, including its Royal Courts of Justice Citizens Advice Bureau Project and SPITE project and is particularly interested in sports law, environmental and other group action claims and in legal technology
