Having moved to the UK in 2004, Elnara is a qualified lawyer in both Russia and the UK. Her clients include high net worth individuals from Russia and other jurisdictions. She advises on a variety of Immigration issues including Tier 1 applications, economic citizenships, exceptional naturalisation, registration as British citizens and European applications.
As a native Russian speaker Elnara is often the first point of contact for many high net worth Russian individuals and families who depend on her and her vast contact base to assist them on variety of legal needs outside of the realm of Immigration law. She is also frequently the main point of contact in assisting clients with other areas of law, including: Private Litigation, Tax, Real Estate and Family.
Elnara carries out pro-bono work at the New North London Synagogue (NNLS) where she assists destitute asylum seekers. She is also a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association.
