Arthur has a broad range of experience of both UK and cross-border projects. His transactional experience includes mergers and acquisitions, fund raisings, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, initial public offerings and general corporate advisory work.
Arthur advises individuals and corporations across multiple sectors but due to his degree in Biomedical Sciences has a particular interest in life sciences and technology matters.
Arthur is a member of the Corporate Practice Technology Group.
