Mishcon de Reya has expanded its Purpose offering with the hire of new Director, Paul Clements-Hunt.
Credited with coining ‘ESG’ in May 2004 and delivering the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) for the late UN Secretary General Kofi Annan, Paul has been at the forefront of breakthrough developments in responsible investment and sustainable finance for over 30 years.
Paul is also a former United Nations official and served as a Founding Board Member and UN representative to the PRI. He has worked extensively with the private sector developing and implementing sustainable business models.
Paul is a highly valued speaker on the evolution and deployment of sustainable finance and responsible investment globally. His career spans roles as an entrepreneur, an energy and environment policy specialist and as a journalist.
