The Mishcon de Reya team advised Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed EuroEyes on its £30 million acquisition of leading laser eye surgery clinic, London Vision Clinic.
Hamburg-based EuroEyes, established in 1993 by Dr. med Jørn S. Joørgensen, is one of the leading brands in the vision correction industry. Professor Dan Reinstein, who founded London Vision Clinic in 2002 along with Managing Director, Craig Engelfried, and Dr Ursula Reinstein, has won worldwide recognition for his inventions and major contributions to the field of refractive surgery.
Corporate Partner Adam Bradley led the Mishcon de Reya team, which also included Intellectual Property Partner Hugh Tebay, Senior Associates Becki Quick (Corporate) and Keven Fehmi (Real Estate), and Corporate Associate Ammar Thair.
