MDR Cyber: Digital Evidence Gathering

The level of technical skill and experience in our team means we are comfortable with all types of evidence gathering mandates. We collate documents, e-mails and electronic files alongside MDR Discover using eDiscovery platforms. We also have our own in-house tools that enable us to quickly review and analyse data.  

Our team is comfortable dealing with witnesses who may be caught up in an investigation. We attend search orders alongside our legal colleagues to help seize and preserve electronic evidence.

We can also develop charts and graphics that explain the links hidden in data, describe the movement of people and their relationships, and bring a case to life in a readily understandable format.
