Ty is a Legal Director in the Dispute Resolution department, specialising in insolvency and fraud, complex commercial litigation, investigations and asset recovery. Ty advises clients in relation to a wide range of complex, high-value commercial disputes, including civil fraud, data theft and misuse of confidential information, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty. He acts for a broad range of clients including corporates, administrators, high profile and high net worth individuals and family offices.
Ty has significant experience in both obtaining injunctive relief and responding to injunctions, including freezing orders and search, imaging and evidence preservation orders. Ty also has significant trial experience, including a 12-week trial in the High Court, Chancery Division. His cases often involve parties from and issues relating to foreign jurisdictions.
