Profile

Philippa specialises in substantial corporate and commercial fraud cases, often with a multi-jurisdictional element. Her forte is claims involving diversion of business opportunities and breach of fiduciary duty and obtaining injunctive relief including freezing orders and multi-site search orders.

In addition to her fraud work is her experience in general commercial disputes, including partnership and contractual disputes. Her clients cover a range of sectors and sizes (from corporates to high net worth individuals). She has also represented clients in alternative dispute resolution forums including mediation. Philippa is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers Association (YFLA) and the Fraud Women's Network (FWN).
