Ljubica is an Associate in Mishcon de Reya’s International Arbitration practice. Her practice focuses on international commercial and investment treaty arbitration, with experience spanning the telecommunications, energy and natural resources, infrastructure, real estate and banking sectors.
Ljubica has acted for States, State-owned entities, companies and individuals in high-value, complex cross-border disputes. She has experience in international arbitrations conducted under the ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC and LCIA Rules, seated in London, Paris, Geneva, The Hague and Washington D.C. She has also advised on public international law issues.
Ljubica has a background in both civil and common law and is admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales. She is fluent in English, Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian.
Ljubica is actively involved in the international arbitration community. She holds leadership roles across different organisations and regularly contributes to arbitration-related initiatives, conferences and publications. She also lectures on international law and arbitration.
Prior to joining Mishcon de Reya, Ljubica practised in the international arbitration groups of global law firms in London and Paris.
