Kim is a Managing Associate in the Employment department.
Kim advises both employers and senior individuals on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues across a wide variety of sectors, including financial services, fashion and technology.
Kim has extensive experience with advising employers in respect of day-to-day HR issues, including tricky disciplinary and grievance matters, managing long-term sickness absence and poor performance, terminations and settlement agreements, as well as individual and collective redundancy exercises.
Kim also regularly advises both employers and employees on how to handle Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, including claims of unfair dismissal, discrimination, victimisation and whistleblowing.
She is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
