John Hadfield is an Associate in the Corporate department focusing on venture and growth capital fundraisings for early-stage companies from pre-seed fundraising to later stage institutional led rounds.

He predominantly acts for university spin-out companies led by entrepreneurial academics and other young companies in the technology and life sciences sectors, with experience of intellectual property transfers for spin-outs.

John also has experience of advising clients in complex transactions such as multi-million pound investment rounds and high-value share sales for exiting shareholders.
