Grace is an Associate in the Private Department. She is a member of the Private Commercial Litigation and Politics and Law team.
She has a broad practice advising high-net-worth individuals, their families and their companies, in relation to various legal issues and disputes. She has experience advising on a variety of complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes, which often include allegations of civil fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty. She also has experience advising clients in relation to director and shareholder disputes, particularly in the context of a family business. Several of Grace's cases have involved obtaining or defending injunctions, and many of her cases to date have been high-profile.
In the Politics and Law space, she has experience of political party disputes – having recently acted for a client disputing a candidate selection process. Grace has a particular expertise in the niche area of election law and the laws governing lobbying and transparency. She is well placed to advise in relation to the role of, and regulatory action brought by, the Electoral Commission and other regulators. She can turn her hand to new and complex areas and has recently advised several clients as to their obligations under the new Foreign Influence Registration Scheme which came into force in July 2025.
Grace is experienced in advising clients in respect of investigations by Parliamentary Standards Commissioners and the Office of the Registrar of Consultant Lobbyists. She is well-equipped to assist clients in not only navigating the investigations, but also on how to protect their reputations throughout the process.
Grace is experienced in judicial review matters, having recently acted for 51 institutional investors seeking to challenge the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024.
