Claire Hartley

Claire is Of Counsel in the Real Estate department with over ten years' of expertise in real estate development and investment.  

She has experience of acting on acquisitions, disposals, development transactions, forward fundings and advising landlord and tenants in the management of their property portfolios. She also has experience in advising lenders and borrowers on real estate finance transactions.

Key Experience

• Part of a team acting for Equites on the £200m corporate sale of the Springbox portfolio.
• Acted for ICG on a variety of property acquisitions across the UK.
• Acted on the forward funding and development of the UK's largest IXD fulfilment centre.
