Chloe is a Managing Associate in Mishcon de Reya's Real Estate team.

She advises on a broad range of property matters, including investment, financing and asset management, acting for landlords, institutional funds and lenders across all asset classes, including retail, office, hotels and mixed-use schemes.

Key Experience

• Acting for Staycity on the acquisition of flagship hotel development sites.
• Acting for Brookfield Properties on the £440m sale of seven retail parks to British Land.
• Acting for Delancey on the long-term management of the East Village, Stratford.
• Acting for a number of institutional clients on their retail portfolios, including Shaftesbury Capital's Covent Garden estate and Brookfield Properties' out-of-town retail park portfolio.
