Charles is a Consultant in the firm's international legal management team.

Charles is dual-qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and as a PRC lawyer (non-practicing) in China. He has been focusing on advising Chinese clients (both corporates and individuals) investing and operating in the UK.

As a native Mandarin speaking lawyer, Charles advised many Chinese UHNWIs and companies on a broad range of matters when they are investing into the UK or running into various legal problems. He has over 20 years of legal experience and worked in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai before.

His clients span a wide range of industries, including technology, financial services, property, sport, art, fashion, education and entertainment. Charles is very well connected among Chinese business communities in the UK.
