Antonia Cosby is a Managing Associate in the Residential team in the Private Client department, specialising in advising clients on buying large rural estates, which frequently combine residential, rural and commercial property matters.
She acts for individuals, trustees and partnerships whether they are buying a freehold or leasehold property in London in or in the countryside. She is experienced in particular with purchases of sizeable estates, advising on the status of farming tenancies and resolving easement concerns, as well as dealing with sporting, fishing and equine matters. Antonia also advises clients on matters which arise during their ownership of properties, such as overage and development concerns and mortgage or refinancing work.
