Chair of Mishcon de Reya’s private department, Victoria Pigott, has featured in this year's Law UK Private Capital Power List which recognises the experts operating at the frontier between private capital and private wealth.
Victoria acts for high net worth individuals, family offices, family businesses and corporations, with a particular focus on complex commercial disputes, shareholder conflicts, partnership issues, fraud and asset protection. Much of her work involves guiding clients through situations where significant wealth is one aspect of a broader challenge involving family dynamics, reputation, succession and legacy.
Speaking to Law UK, Victoria said, “In December 2025, I was elected chair of the Private department at Mishcon de Reya. I was part of the small number of lawyers who started Private – over 12 years ago – and it felt like a really significant moment. I am incredibly proud to chair such an exceptional group of lawyers with incredibly diverse skill sets.”
