Annabel is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution department. She specialises in high value, complex and cross-border disputes with a focus on civil fraud, investigations and asset-tracing.
She acts for both corporate and individual clients in a range of matters which involve misappropriation of funds, allegations of dishonesty, conspiracy and breaches of fiduciary duties. These disputes are often complex and multijurisdictional in nature.
Annabel has experience of worldwide freezing orders, imaging orders, delivery up orders and other asset recovery techniques.
