Following the opening of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) on 1 June 2023, we were delighted to host a webinar, The UPC: A UK and Ireland perspective, to discuss the interplay between the patent litigation frameworks in the UK and Ireland and the UPC, and the impact each will have on patent litigation strategies when enforcing patents in Europe.
