Key steps to support non-binary employees after landmark ruling on diversity and inclusion

This article examines the recent judgment in Taylor v Jaguar Land Rover Ltd [2020], in which the employment tribunal ruled that the protected characteristic of gender reassignment under s7 of the Equality Act 2010 (EqA) includes non-binary and gender fluid people. It also considers the practical steps that employers can take to support employees of all genders in the workplace.
