Former sporting professionals Azeem Rafiq and Dylan Hartley join MDR Mayfair

MDR Mayfair has welcomed Azeem Rafiq and Dylan Hartley as consultants within its Sports and Entertainment division.

Azeem and Dylan will bring their combined expertise to continue the growth of MDR Mayfair’s Sports and Entertainment offering, utilising their first-hand knowledge and experience gained from their respective careers as top professional sportsmen.

Recognised for their expertise in the sporting world, both Azeem and Dylan played at an elite level in their respective sports during their careers. Azeem is a former professional cricketer who played cricket in England for Yorkshire County Cricket Club. A right arm spinning all-rounder, Azeem made his senior debut at the age of 17. He captained the England under 15 and under 19 sides, and in 2012 became the youngest man to captain a Yorkshire side.

Dylan is a former England Rugby captain and played for the Northampton Saints. His professional career spans 16 years and he is currently England’s most capped hooker of all time.

Azeem and Dylan will join MDR Mayfair’s growing Sports and Entertainment division, which works with those in the sporting or entertainment worlds to deliver the right advice to help achieve clients’ long-term goals and protect assets for the long term.
