The final part of the session will be chaired by Sally Britton, Head of Brands at Mishcon. As well as an interactive Q&A, this section will feature a lecture by Brands Associate, Stuart Lester, who will draw on recent news stories to provide an overview of intellectual property rights in sport with a particular focus on trade marks.
