2019 in review: the Gina Miller 2 case

Emily says, "The real triumph of this judgment, […], was its simplicity. It is short, it uses simple language and deals neatly and without complication in the fundamentals. It has been written to be read by people other than lawyers. It confirms our basic constitutional principles: our parliament is sovereign, executive power is not without limit, and we are all subject to the rule of law. Even the Prime Minister."
