Tabitha Tennant

Tabitha is an Associate in the Construction Group of the Real Estate department, specialising in non-contentious construction law.

Tabitha has experience with drafting and negotiating construction agreements for a wide range of clients, including consultant appointments and collateral warranties. Tabitha also provides support on the construction-related aspects of commercial real estate, corporate, and real estate finance transactions.

• Supported on construction-related aspects of Goldman Sachs' recent £500 million senior debt facility provided to support growing UK singe family housing joint venture between Kennedy Wilson and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.
