Roisin Hogan is a Managing Associate in the Real Estate department, specialising in planning and environmental law.

Roisin qualified in September 2016 and worked as a planning solicitor at London Borough of Hillingdon before joining Mishcon de Reya.

Roisin advises on all aspects of planning and environmental law including the drafting and negotiation of section 106 agreements, permitted development rights, certificates of lawfulness, enforcement appeals and due diligence in connection with property purchases. She also has experience of highways, licensing and related public law. With her experience in local government, Roisin has an in depth understanding of local government powers and procedures.
