Richard is an Associate in the firm’s Private Commercial Litigation team, having trained at Mishcon. He acts for a wide variety of clients including high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, shareholders, partners, and directors.
Richard's work involves providing advice to both individuals and businesses on a wide variety of commercial disputes, including civil fraud as well as shareholder, director and partnership disputes. Richard has advised on a number of complex, high value, multi-jurisdictional civil fraud claims at all stages of the litigation process. He is a member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association.
