Pedro is an Associate in the Corporate department. He has experience in a broad range of transactions including share and asset acquisitions, fundraisings and restructurings.

A fluent Portuguese speaker, prior to joining the firm, Pedro supported Latin America-based technology companies in cross-border fundraisings and global expansion plans whilst based at a Magic Circle firm's offices in Brazil. He has a particular interest in supporting fintech companies, founders and investors from the LATAM region.
