Ollie Bradgate

Ollie is an associate in the Commercial Litigation team in the Dispute Resolution department.

He has experience in complex, multijurisdictional English court proceedings, including disputes across a wide range of sectors such as financial services and technology. He has represented both Claimants and Defendants. Ollie is also part of Mishcon de Reya's sanctions team and has advised corporate and individual clients on compliance with the UK's sanctions on Russia and Iran in particular.

Key Experience

• The Czech Republic v Diag Human SE and Mr Josef Stava – Acting for the Defendants in a claim brought by the Czech Republic to challenge a £570m arbitral award under ss.67 and 68 of the Arbitration Act 1996
• Tesco Stores Limited v Broadcom Inc, VMware International Unlimited Company, and Computacenter UK Ltd – Acting for Computacenter UK Ltd in claims for breach of contract
• Representing a UK Fintech company in High Court proceedings for breach of contract and unjust enrichment
• Defending an international bank in English High Court proceedings concerning an alleged conspiracy
