Nicholas McVeigh

Nicholas is Of Counsel, Knowledge Lawyer in the Corporate department.

His role includes drafting and developing the Corporate department's precedents, delivering and coordinating training, facilitating knowledge sharing, keeping fee earners and clients up to date on legal developments and working with the firm's practice transformation team on Corporate department practice transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining Mishcon de Reya, Nicholas spent nine years at a magic circle firm, working in its London, New York and Hong Kong offices. His practice included mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
