Nicholas is a Legal Director, Knowledge lawyer in the Corporate department.

Nicholas is a specialist in company law, with a particular interest in corporate transparency. He supports fee earners with technical questions and keeps the firm's lawyers and clients up to date on corporate law developments. His role also includes developing the Corporate department's precedents and delivering and coordinating training. Nicholas is a member of the Quoted Companies Alliance Legal Expert Group.

Before joining Mishcon de Reya, Nicholas spent nine years at a magic circle firm, working in its London, New York and Hong Kong offices. His practice included mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
