Myra Sae-Heng is a Managing Associate in the Intellectual Property team in the Innovation department. She specialises in complex patent disputes across the life sciences and technology sectors.
Myra has over a decade of experience advising clients in high-value disputes involving pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and telecommunications technologies. She has acted on all stages of patent litigation, from pre-action risk assessment and strategic planning through to trial, appeal and the coordination of multi-jurisdictional disputes.
She has represented clients before both the High Court and Court of Appeal and has particular experience in standard essential patent and FRAND disputes, and has advised on some of the leading cases in the UK High Court in this field.
Alongside a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from the University of Oxford, she holds both an MSci and a PhD in Chemistry from Imperial College London.
