Monika is a Managing Associate in the firm's Residential Real Estate Group. She specialises in all aspects of residential property transactions including: residential sales and purchases; re-mortgages; landlord and tenant matters; enfranchisement, refinancing and transfer of equity.
Monika's client base comprises high net worth private individuals as well as corporate bodies - particularly smaller developers and companies. Monika advises both domestic and international clients and has experience working across a number of jurisdictions.
Monika carries out pro-bono work when she can. She has been with Mishcon since November 2014 and is fluent in Polish.
