Liron is a Partner in the Employment department and leads the firm’s Incentives and Remuneration practice. She has over 15 years’ experience at leading international law firms and the Big Four, helping businesses design and deliver tax efficient reward arrangements that attract, retain and motivate their employees.
Liron works with a wide range of clients across several industry sectors, including private companies, private equity-backed businesses and listed entities.
Liron’s expertise covers both equity and cash-based incentives including long-term incentive plans, HMRC’s tax-advantaged schemes, management incentive plans, all-employee share plans and phantom plans. She also helps clients navigate how an exit or other transaction impacts their incentive arrangements and advises on appropriate incentive arrangements following such events. Liron also advises listed companies on executive remuneration, compliance and corporate governance matters relating to their incentive arrangements.
Liron is a solicitor and is tax qualified with the Association of Tax Technicians.

- Advised an AI software firm on the implementation and operation of its portfolio of share plans, including in relation to UK and US employees and the operation of its Employee Benefit Trust
- Post-transaction plan implementation for a UK investment platform following its delisting through private equity acquisition
- Designed an exit-based share plan for a scaling UK technology business which outgrew EMI eligibility
- Streamlined a complex cash bonus deferral and phantom plan into a clear and easily-administered arrangement
- Provided executive compensation advice for a FTSE 250 company
- Implemented a growth share arrangement at parent and subsidiary level incorporating both an equity and phantom plan
- Delivered a multinational incentive roll-out programme across c.75 countries advising on local legal and tax requirements
