Krishma Sangani is an Associate in the Family Department.
She has experience of contentious and non-contentious family law work, and specialises in financial consequences of marital and relationship breakdown. Krishma has worked on matters involving children and surrogacy, and trust issues in a family law context.
- Working on several cases involving financial disclosure on divorce proceedings where family assets are held in various jurisdictions and require expert valuation;
- Preparing for and engaging in various private law Children Act proceedings relating to maintenance and capital claims on behalf of a child;
- Working on a case which determined whether relevant trust instruments containing a family's wealth allowed for a child born into that family by surrogacy to benefit under such trusts.
