Harrison is an Associate in the Insolvency Litigation team, which forms part of the wider Dispute Resolution group.
Harrison acts for insolvency practitioners, creditors, directors, shareholders and individuals on a range of high-value disputes arising in the context of financial distress and insolvency (e.g., claims brought by and against officeholders, asset recovery, guarantee disputes, director’s duties, transaction avoidance and disqualification proceedings).
Harrison is also a volunteer with the Royal Courts of Justice Advice Bureau, providing advice to litigants in person with their potential civil claims or proceedings in which they are involved, as well as a supervisor for the SPITE (Sharing Public Images to Embarrass) project, which, in partnership with Queen Mary University, provides pro-bono legal advice to victims of image-based sexual abuse.
During his training at the firm, Harrison completed a secondment at Global Media & Entertainment, and also gained experience in the Private, Commercial Litigation and Employment groups.
