Hannah is a Managing Associate in the Employment department.
She advises both employers and employees on all aspects of UK contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, arising from all stages of the employment relationship, from recruitment through to exit planning. She also regularly advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
Hannah has experience of Employment Tribunal litigation (including claims for whistleblowing and discrimination) and International Arbitration and works across a wide range of business sectors, including financial services, private equity, technology, commercial property, luxury goods, and retail.
She is co-chair of Mishcon's Pride Network also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
