Hannah is an Associate in the Property Litigation Team in the Real Estate department.
She has experience in a wide range of property disputes advising both residential and commercial clients. Hannah principally acts for private clients. She has extensive experience advising clients on a range of matters, including rent and service charge disputes, disrepair, breach of lease covenants, possession proceedings and TOLATA claims.
She is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
Key Experience
- Successfully obtained an access order in the second reported case pursuant to the Access to Neighbouring Land Act 1992 in Trident House Development Limited v Mohammed Yousaf
- Successfully appealed the First Tier Tribunal's decision not to award costs in relation to applications in the tribunal in Zaid Alothman Holding Limited and 75 Others v Better Intelligent Management Limited
- Successfully acted for a group of leaseholders in a dispute over liability for replacing windows in a large development with an estimated cost of £4.8m in Leaseholders of Phoenix Place v Better Intelligent Management Limited
- Successfully obtained a favourable judgment and costs award after a six-day trial in a family dispute over the ownership of two valuable property development plots, involving common intention constructive trusts, proprietary estoppel and allegations of forgery, in Bulled v Petrie*
