David has expertise in providing strategic, practical and commercial solutions for his clients, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurial wealth. David specialises in complex applications, paying particular attention to British naturalisation applications, especially those that require exceptional consideration.
David advises corporates, families and individuals on their UK immigration needs, and also works with clients on their global immigration needs, assisting with relocations to the US and Europe.

- Obtaining Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK of an ultra-high net worth applicant and her family despite having substantial excess absences.
- Successfully urging the Secretary of State to exercise her discretion to grant naturalisation to an applicant who had been unable to meet all of the Home Office requirements.
