Chloe is an Associate in Mishcon Private, specialising in immigration law.
She advises business and individuals on a broad range of UK immigration matters. She has significant experience supporting multinational organisations, investment firms and financial services businesses with their UK immigration and global mobility requirements.
Chloe advises on sponsor licence applications and compliance, Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility routes and right to work obligations. Chloe also advises on individuals and their families on personal immigration matters, including family visas, settlement applications and British citizenship.
In previous roles, Chloe practised at a global immigration law firm, and earlier in her career, she worked on asylum and human rights cases, gaining experience in advocacy and supporting clients through sensitive and complex matters.
