Charlotte is a Managing Associate in the Construction Group within the Real Estate department, specialising in non-contentious construction law.
Charlotte drafts and negotiates a wide range of construction agreements for our clients across the construction and real estate field, typically acting for developers, funders, purchasers and investors. She also provides construction support to our banking, commercial real estate and corporate teams.
Charlotte has experience working on various forms of construction procurement, with particular expertise in disaggregated procurement routes (management contracting and construction management). Having acted on several major UK real estate developments and also having worked in-house with a developer, she has had exposure to the commercial objectives and challenges faced by clients throughout the lifecycle of a project and is able to effectively guide and advise clients through every stage.

- Acting for a developer on their £1bn project in central London, comprising approximately 1.8m square feet of office space, utilising management contracting.
- Advising lenders on a multi-billion pound portfolio of properties situated across Europe.
