Carly is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution department, specialising in insurance and commercial litigation.
She has experience advising policyholders, including corporate clients, charities and high net worth individuals, on coverage issues such as directors and officers' liability, business interruption and product liability. Carly's experience also includes high value group action work and third party funding.
Since joining Mishcon in 2020, Carly has assisted on a range of complex, often multi-jurisdictional, fraud, insolvency and property disputes.
