Apolloniya Vlasova is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation team.

She advises clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-jurisdictional disputes, often involving high-value, complex claims for breach of contract, misappropriation of assets, and breach of fiduciary duties, as well as funded group action claims.

Apolloniya has acted for corporates, charities, High Net Worth individuals, and company directors across a variety of sectors, including tech, betting and gaming, and real estate.

As a native Russian speaker, she regularly works across the Firm on matters involving Russian-speaking clients and has a particular interest in the CIS sphere.

Apolloniya trained at the Firm and has experience advising on commercial contracts, data protection, ESG, and both commercial and private disputes.

Apolloniya is a member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association.
