Aoife is an Associate in the Employment department.
She advises both employers and employees across all stages of the employment relationship, from recruitment and day-to-day HR matters to discrimination, redundancy, unfair dismissal and exit planning. She advises on the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts and settlement agreements, as well on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
Aoife trained at the Firm before qualifying into the Employment department and has previously advised clients on matters relating to art law, immigration, commercial disputes and family law.
She is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and Mishcon's Gender Committee.
