Anthony is Deputy Chairman at Mishcon de Reya with expertise in personal and business disputes. He is a trusted advisor to his often high-profile clients and typically acts for ultra-high net worth families and individuals. Anthony's clients also include companies and charities.
Anthony is a highly regarded lawyer. He has held several central roles at Mishcon de Reya, including as Managing Partner and Head of Litigation.
Anthony is the Firm's most senior solicitor advocate and has appeared in both the High Court and the Court of Appeal. He is involved in the Firm's work in public advocacy.
Anthony holds the Chair in Law and Arts in the Faculty of Laws, UCL and is an affiliate professor in the Law Faculty, Haifa University. He has also taught at Oxford, Chicago and Tel Aviv, among other universities. He was for several years a visiting professor at Birkbeck, University of London in the Department of English and the Humanities.
Anthony serves as chairman or non-executive director of several companies, some of which are clients of Mishcon de Reya. He was co-founder and first chairman, and then Vice President, of the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fund until it was wound up. He continues to serve as a Trustee on charitable and non-profit organisations, including the Intra-Communal Professorial Group.
