Antonia Felix was interviewed by Tatler on how a change in the UK surrogacy laws might affect Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWs).
Antonia discussed the importance of understanding the proposed changes to surrogacy laws and some of the challenges that can be faced for UHNWs if they reside in more than one country and The Law Commission's proposal to introduce a new pathway to allow intended parents in England & Wales become a child’s legal parents at birth.
She commented: "Some of the resources online can be misleading - there are many unknowns which can make people apprehensive and often they are put off. Some of the biggest fears are whether the surrogate can change her mind and is it legal?"
