Advising in relation to The Knightsbridge Estate, one of London's most prestigious mixed-use assets – a rare 3.5 acre freehold island site between Harrods and Harvey Nichols in prime central London. Our role including advising on a complex redevelopment of the north end of The Knightsbridge Estate which includes a number of flagship retail units on Sloane Street and Brompton Road, 67,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art office space, 33 luxury rental apartments and a destination rooftop restaurant.

Advised PGIM on the acquisition of a portfolio of 8 properties across seven cities and towns across the Midlands and the North of England. The portfolio comprises of five stabilised assets and three development sites and is PGIM's first acquisition into its Affordable Housing Fund.

Advised on the corporate, real estate, tax, planning, and IP aspects of its £1.5 billion joint venture with US investor, Cain International.
