Asia Vice Chair, Patrick Yip, represented Mishcon de Reya at the Raffles Family Office (RFO) Annual Forum 2025: The Decade Before, A Century Beyond, held at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong on 8 October.
Recognised as one of Asia’s leading events, the RFO Annual Forum brings together distinguished leaders, policymakers, and industry experts for high-impact discussions on investment innovation, sustainability, technological advancement, and cross-continental partnerships.
This year’s forum featured an exclusive line-up of speakers and thought leaders, exploring the regions and asset classes with the greatest potential in the AI era, the evolving landscape of wealth management, and the role of family offices in shaping lasting legacies and driving positive change.
Patrick joined the panel, “The Architecture of Legacy: Building Governance Frameworks That Last,” alongside Dr Andreas Zehnder (Andreas Zehnder Advisory (AZA) GmbH) and Dr Christopher To (Chairman of the Hong Kong Mediation Council). The panel was expertly moderated by Ms Yvonne Chan, Specialist Moderator and C-Suite Media Trainer.
Mark Lanning and Winnie Weng were also in attendance, representing Mishcon de Reya.
We extend our thanks to RFO for the invitation and to all panellists and attendees for an engaging and insightful discussion on legacy planning and governance.
