On 22 November, Mishcon de Reya will host the annual conference of NADPO (the National Association of Data Protection and Freedom of Information Officers).
The keynote speaker will be John Edwards, the UK’s Information Commissioner. John will be joined by Professor Victoria Nash of the Oxford Internet Institute, Professor Lilian Edwards of Newcastle University and the Ada Lovelace Institute, Maurice Frankel of the Campaign for Freedom of Information, Alan Payne KC & Aaron Moss, 5 Essex Court and Stewart Room, NADPO's president.
They will be presenting talks on a range of data protection, privacy and freedom of information topics.
Although tickets for the event are reserved for its members, NADPO encourage anyone interested in attending to join and reserve a ticket.
Mishcon’s Senior Data Protection Specialist Jon Baines is long-standing Chair of NADPO, and the head of Mishcon’s competition law practice, Sarah Houghton, will also speak at the conference.
