Mishcon de Reya has been named as one of the top family-friendly employers in the UK by Working Families, a national charity for working parents and carers. Now in its fourteenth year, the Top Employers for Working Families list features employers large and small from across the public, private, and third sectors.
Employers were assessed using Working Families’ Benchmark and were scored on four key areas to build a comprehensive picture of their flexible and family-friendly policies and practices that specifically support parents and carers. The four areas are: integration to organisational strategy and culture, policy, consistent practice, and evidence and statistics.

As part of this, we have recently updated our policies and statements of support on fertility, pregnancy loss and baby loss and have increased the parental leave allowance, increased the flexibility around using shared parental leave and reduced the length of service required to qualify for 26 weeks of full pay.
