The Mishcon de Reya Real Estate team advised AEW and Allianz Real Estate’s develop-to-core UK logistics venture on the 15-year lease of Fradley 437 at Fradley Park in Lichfield, a 437,000 sq ft logistics facility in the prime Midlands market, to global online fashion retailer ASOS. ASOS are set to develop a new £90 million distribution centre that will create 2,000 jobs over the next three years.
We also advised the venture on the acquisition, and the subsequent development agreements and construction work.
